UK Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day of being placed.
Orders received on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather or peak seasonal demand, may occasionally affect delivery times.

We use DPD, one of the UK's leading parcel delivery services, to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your order.
Where available, DPD will provide delivery notifications and tracking updates directly to the contact details supplied during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly shown before you place your order.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation email. Where available, tracking details will be included so you can monitor your delivery's progress.

Padeltomic LTD cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
