14-Day Returns
At Padeltomic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info.padeltomic@gmail.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once your return has been approved. This is the quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want.
EU Customers – Right to Cancel
For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Returned items must still be unused, in their original condition and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
